As a twenty two-year real estate veteran, Peter L. DeMarco is an excellent problem-solver, negotiator, and has an unwavering commitment to his clients.
Peter is an accomplished REALTOR® whose experience in the industry has given him the qualifications to work with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. From first-time homebuyers to those interested in investing in the commercial sector, Peter's depth of experience is an asset to his clients. What truly differentiates Peter are his interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and client-first approach. In his teenage years, he began working at his father’s automotive repair shop, where he learned the value of communication, customer service, and building lasting relationships. Since then, Peter successfully owned and operated a small business for seventeen years. Later, he moved to Pennsylvania, completed nursing school where he earned his CNA certification, and studied real estate to earn his REALTOR® license. In addition to this professional experience, Peter has proudly obtained his designation as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), volunteer firefighter, and rescuer for several local organizations, demonstrating his commitment to helping others and serving his community both professionally and personally.
During his real estate career, Peter’s favorite aspect of his job continues to be meeting new people and addressing their real estate needs. Peter L. DeMarco is currently a resident of Sugarloaf where he is active in the community. Peter is currently a member of the Luzerne County Board of REALTORS®, Co-Chair of the Hazleton City Land Bank Board, and a Luzerne County District Attorney Youth Aid panelist. When he has some free time, Peter enjoys traveling, hiking, target shooting, and photography.
Having grown up in Rutherford, New Jersey, and calling Northeastern Pennsylvania home for more than 27 years, Peter brings both deep local knowledge and a personal understanding of relocating and building connections in a new community.
